Stable and precise feeding of toner powder

Even for multicomponent toner powder, stable feeding with low segregation is realized. Dispersion accuracy within ±1% is made possible.

Deviation ±1% has confirmed (each sampling is done for 10 seconds)

No feedback control for flow rate is needed.

Toner powder: bulk density 745kg/m3

Its structure also found in CF prevents bridging.
